REFUND POLICY
A legal disclaimer
1. Studio Bookings and Services
All studio bookings and service fees are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, we allocate time and resources specifically for your session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking will not be eligible for a refund. For rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance, we will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date, subject to availability.
2. Membership Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable. Memberships provide access to exclusive resources, discounts, and benefits; as such, no refunds are available for unused benefits or early cancellations. Members can choose to upgrade or downgrade their membership level, but all adjustments will apply to the following billing cycle.

3. Product Purchases (Beat Packs, Merchandise, etc.)
For digital products, such as beat packs, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided due to the digital nature of these items. For physical merchandise, we accept returns only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@inthedungeon.co.uk with your order details and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on availability.
4. Special Events and Programs
Payments for special events, workshops, or writing camps are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by ITD. If you are unable to attend, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to discuss rescheduling options, where possible.
