Service Description
This service is designed to provide artists and creators with high-quality social media content in a streamlined three-stage process. From initial concept to final edits, we ensure your content is polished, engaging, and optimized for online promotion. What’s Included? Stage 1: Conception 📞 Creative Call – A consultation to discuss your vision, goals, and content strategy. 📝 Planning & Scheduling – Our team structures the shoot, ensuring an efficient and productive session. Stage 2: Shoot 🎥 Filming Session (2-4 hours) – Professionally shot content based on the creative plan. 📍 Studio & On-Site Options – Access to ITD’s professional equipment and experienced videographers. 🎬 Flexible Content – Capture promo clips, performance shots, skits, vlogs, or storytelling elements. Stage 3: Edit 🎞️ Editing & Post-Production – We refine your footage into polished, high-quality content. 🔄 Two Rounds of Revisions – To ensure the final version aligns with your vision. 📦 Optimized Asset Pack – Includes short-form videos formatted for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Stage 4: Final Deliverable ✅ Social Media-Ready Content – Professionally edited and optimized for engagement. 📤 Easy Delivery – Files are provided in various formats for seamless posting across platforms. 🚗 Travel & On-Location Filming • Travel within 10 miles of ITD Studios is included. • Beyond 10 miles, a £0.75 per mile charge applies (round trip), with a £5 minimum travel fee. • The maximum travel distance is 50 miles—anything beyond requires pre-approval and may incur additional costs. • Clients are responsible for all parking fees at on-location shoots. • All travel and parking costs will be detailed in the invoice. ✂️ Revision Process – Additional revisions beyond the two included will incur a separate fee. 🚫 Exclusions – Advanced effects, animation, and full-scale music video production are not included but can be quoted separately.
Cancellation Policy
Time Allocation & Booking • Sessions are available in 2 to 4-hour blocks and must be booked in advance. • Each booking includes filming time and basic edits tailored for social media. • Additional filming or editing hours can be booked at £30 per hour for filming and £20 per hour for editing. Filming & Editing Guidelines • Sessions include basic social media edits such as trimming, text overlays, and color adjustments. • Advanced effects, special transitions, or full-scale music video production are not included but can be quoted separately. • All footage will be reviewed before delivery, and minor revisions (up to 2 rounds) are included. Travel & On-Location Filming • Travel within 10 miles of ITD Studios is included. • Beyond this distance, a charge of £0.75 per mile (round trip) applies, with a £5 minimum fee. • Maximum travel distance is 50 miles—anything further requires prior arrangement and may incur additional costs. • Clients must cover parking fees at the filming location. Travel and parking costs will be detailed in the invoice. Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to reschedule. • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the session with no refund or rescheduling. Collaboration & Guests • Clients may bring up to two additional guests (e.g., artists, videographers) per session, but this must be approved in advance by ITD. Content Delivery • Edited content will be delivered within 7-14 days, depending on workload. • Delays may occur if briefs, assets, or approvals are late. • Final content will be optimized for social media formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, etc.). Respect & Conduct • ITD Studios maintains a professional work environment. Any disrespect, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session. • Clients are expected to respect ITD staff, equipment, and studio space. Privacy & Confidentiality • All recorded content remains confidential until release. • ITD will not share any footage publicly without the client’s prior written consent.
